What you enter in the request form: name, phone, email, area, and a description of your issue. For EZPass, also your license plate and the last 4 digits of your account.
How we use it
Only to contact you and resolve your issue. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the agency or company we need to deal with to resolve your issue (e.g. TLC, DMV, EZPass), and only with your consent.
Deletion
You can ask us to delete your data at any time — message us on WhatsApp or by email.
